This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the rules and restrictions governing use of the Commergic platform and services provided by Click Lab Digital Ltd (T/A Commergic) (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy.
 This Policy is designed to ensure that the Commergic AI chatbot and related systems are used responsibly, securely, and in accordance with applicable laws.
 
2. Scope
This Policy applies to:
 
  • All customers and end users of the Commergic platform;
  • Anyone accessing or integrating the Commergic chatbot on a WooCommerce website;
  • Any interaction with our systems, APIs, or hosted services.
 
3. General Responsibilities You must:
 
  • Use the Service only for lawful business purposes;
  • Ensure your Authorised Users understand and comply with this Policy;
  • Protect login credentials and prevent unauthorised use;
  • Promptly notify us of any security breach or misuse.

5. AI-Specific Use Restrictions
When using the Commergic AI chatbot, you must not:
  • Submit prompts, messages, or data intended to exploit or manipulate AI responses for harmful or deceptive purposes;
  • Generate or share output that contains illegal, discriminatory, or harmful content;
  • Use the AI chatbot to offer medical, legal, or financial advice;
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or replicate Commergic’s AI models or training methods.
 
6. System Integrity & Fair Use
You agree to use the Service in a way that does not:
 
  • Place excessive load or unreasonable demands on our systems;
  • Circumvent usage limits, API restrictions, or billing mechanisms;
  • Undermine the stability, availability, or performance of our Service or other customers’ access.

 

7. Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
 
  • Suspend or terminate access to any account or integration that violates this Policy;
  • Remove or restrict access to any content that breaches these terms;
  • Report illegal activities to appropriate authorities.
 
We will attempt to notify customers before suspension when feasible but may act immediately in severe cases (e.g., security threats or illegal use).
